Farmstead is a Willard Byrd design. There are going to be some open holes, some tree lines holes and a little mixture of both. The backside will be more open, more of a links style. The front side will be more tree lined and have more of an inland coastal feel.

Farmstead will feature the new Tif Eagle grass on its greens, and will use 10 minute tee times in an attempt to speed up the pace of play and provide a more isolated golf experience.
